Our Professional Taekwondo Program provides comprehensive training focused on the complete art,
philosophy, and values of Taekwondo. It is designed for individuals committed to regular practice,
personal growth, and excellence.

Participants follow a structured curriculum that includes:
 Mandatory regular class attendance
 Proper use of official uniform (dobok)
 A structured belt promotion system
 Technical, physical, and mental development
 Preparation for competitions and performance
This program builds discipline, respect, perseverance, and high-level skills in a professional training
environment.

Schedule

Sat-Sun 8:30 – 12:00 Pm

Children Program
Develops coordination, discipline, confidence, and basic Taekwondo techniques
through structured and engaging sessions.

SCHEDULE: Saturdays & Sundays: 8:30 – 10:00 am

Youth Program
Enhances advanced techniques, strength, endurance, and introduces competitive
pathways while building mental resilience.

SCHEDULE: Saturdays & Sundays: 10:30 – 12:00 pm

    Our After-School Program offers a flexible and enjoyable Taekwondo experience tailored for
    students. It combines physical activity, recreation, and skill development in a less intensive
    environment.

    • Learning basic Taekwondo skills and discipline

    This program focuses more on participation, enjoyment, and general fitness rather than strict
    progression or competition.

    SCHEDULE: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thusdays: 4:00 – 5:30 pm

    Special Ladies’ Fitness & Self-Defense Program

    Empowering | Practical | Wellness-Focused


    Designed specifically for women, this program combines fitness training with practical self-
    defense skills in a safe and supportive environment.


    The program includes:

    • Full-body fitness and conditioning
    • Weight management and flexibility training
    • Effective self-defense techniques
    • Confidence and personal safety awareness


    This program focuses on functional fitness and real-life application, rather than traditional
    Taekwondo practice or belt progression.
